Daphne Welsh
Welcome to my sacred space. I'm Daphne, a fertility awareness educator, birth assistant, and birth keeper. To me, this work is more than a profession - it's a soul calling, a passion that weaves together my love for women's work, holistic wellness, and the sacred rhythms of life.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep conviction: that embracing our womanhood, celebrating our cycles, and nurturing soul-deep relationships with other women can heal the world. I'm here to honor you as you reclaim your power, your voice, and your sacred femininity.

I am a Utah native living in Washington and in my free time, you can find me barefoot in the woods, dancing to jazz music, sipping an iced coffee, or at a thrift store. I'm also a lover of travel, country-folk music, and weaving baskets. I used to write poetry in secret, but now I love sharing it with the world.
In 2021, I married my best friend. We spend our days laughing and love to go camping. He's my biggest supporter!

I believe that the way we're born profoundly shapes who we become. My own birth story is a testament to this. In the early 2000s, my mother was searching for an alternative to the abuse she previously experienced within the system. Her choice to have me at home – a bold act of self-love and defiance. Surrounded by loved ones, I was born into a sanctuary of comfort and love.

This intimate, empowering start to life set the tone for my childhood. I grew up surrounded by wise women who celebrated their wombs and birthed in freedom. At 13, I attended my first birth alongside my mother, sparking a deep connection to the sacred process of birth.
As a young adult, I began to explore my own reproductive autonomy. After a bad experience with hormonal birth control, I discovered the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM). I devoured books, stories, and wisdom from women who had reclaimed their wombs and stepped into their power.
Around the same time, I was accepted into The Well School of Body Literacy and began assisting my mother in her midwifery practice. This journey has been a homecoming to my soul, and I'm honored to continue the legacy of empowering women to reclaim their birth stories and celebrate their sacred femininity.
